Tye Soo Cheong and Mabel Hu, marriage May 1938, Penang

The wedding in reformed Chinese style will take place at noon on Monday, at the Chinese Town Hall, Penang, of Mr. Tye Soo Cheong, graduate of Hong Kong University, and son of the former Chinese Consul of Penang, to Miss Mabel Hu, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Hu Tsai Kuen of Singapore.
