NANKING TEACHER TO WED IN PENANG. The wedding will take place on Thursday, July 15, before the Senior Registrar of Marriages, Penang, Mr. J. L. McFall, of Miss Louise Tio Seng Khuan, daughter of Mr. Tio Siong Chan, Senior Chinese Interpreter, Supreme Court, Penang, and Mrs. Tio Siong Chan, and Mr. Choong Gim Seong, fourth son of Mr. Choong Lye Hin, the well-known merchant and land-owner of Penang. The bride is an accomplished young woman having recently returned from Nanking after graduating as Art Mistress at the Ginling College.She received her early education in Penang.
