Ewe Hock Chye, death April 1935, Penang

The death took place on Sunday at 305, Jelutong Road, Penang, of Towkay Ewe Hock Chye at the age of 72. He was prominent in the pioneer days of tin mining and managed the tin mines owned by his brother-in-law, the late Towkay Ng Boo Bee at Kamunting.
