Penang, May 13. There was a large attendance of Europeans, Chinese and others at the wedding of Mr. Heah Seng Poh, fifth son of Mr. Heah Swee Lee, to Miss Khoo So Lan, daughter of Mr. Khoo Teow Kuat. The Hon. Mr. S. Codrington, acting Resident Councillor, proposed the health of the bride and bridgegroom. The wedding was in the reformed Chinese style. [The Straits Times, 14 May 1924, Page 9]
