Gan Hock Beng, death 5 December 1960, Penang
Death. Gan Hock Beng passed away peacefully at General Hospital, Penang on 5.12.60 leaving behind his beloved wife and children, Leng Kooi, Leng Hoe, Lucy, Mary and Lily. Funeral at Burmah Road Hall, 4 p.m., on 7.12.60. [The Straits Times, 7 December 1960, Page 10]
