Wedding Presents Given To Relief Fund
Presents to the value of approximately $200, received by a Chinese bridegroom for his wedding yesterday, were donated to the China Relief Fund.
The bridegroom is Mr. Lim Kok Boon, fourth son of Mr. Lim Kim Tian, President of the Chinese Twakow Owner's Guild, who was married at the Singapore Chinese Consulate-General at noon yesterday to Miss Lee Yeow Tin, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Choon Seng. Mr. Choon Seng is the proprietor of a well-known Chinese bisquit company in Singapore.
Messrs. Tan Eng Siong and Koh Eng Hoe were best men.
At a reception given at Cantonment Road, over 100 guests were present.
