Khoo Cheow Teong, death November 1916, Penang
The funeral of the late Mr Khoo Cheow Teong of Penang has been fixed to take place on the 13th November when his remains will be removed to Batu Lanchang from 24 Light Street for interment. Friends and relatives are requested not to send "Pye Chay" as the funeral will be in the reformed style. [Malaya Tribune, 10 November 1916, Page 5]
