C. Alfonso, death 7 July 1924, Klang

Mr C. Alfonso, aged 70, retired Ceylon Government pensioner, and father-in-law of Mr Edward de Souza, of the Banting Hospital, has died at the Klang Hospital. The funeral took place at the Klang Roman Catholic cemetery on July 8, in the presence of a large gathering. Mr Alfonso leaves behind two daughters and three sons, all of whom are resident in Malaya.
