Cheah Guan Heng, death November 1914, Penang

The death is announced by the Penang Gazette of Mr. Cheah Guan Heng, at Jelutong last Sunday, aged 70. The deceased was the father of Messrs Cheah Hock Siew and Cheah Hock Soon, cashiers of the Netherlands Bank, Penang. The funeral takes place tomorrow in Penang. The deceased, who was very much respected in the Northern Settlement, leaves 7 sons 5 daughters, 64 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren to mourn his loss.
