Yeap Chor Ee, death 25 May 1952, Penang
The death occurred at 5 a.m. 25th May, 1952 at his residence "Homestead" Penang, of Towkay Yeap Chor Ee, at the age of 88. He leaves behind his widow, Madam Lee Cheng Kin, four sons Messrs. Lean Seng (of Singapore), Kim Hoe, Hock Hoe and Hock Hin, two daughters, Mrs Goh Hock Siew and Miss Kim See, one son-in-law Mr Lim Teck Lye (of Singapore), six daughters-in-law, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn their loss. The funeral will take place on Sunday, 1st June 1952, at 10.00 a.m. from"Homestead" for burial at own estate in Green Lane. The route is as follows:- Northam Road, Transfer Road, Sri Bahari Road, Penang Road, Chulia Street, Pitt Street,China Street, Beach Street, Malay Street and Carnavon Street (Circus). Ong Chip Joo, death 26 May 1952, Singapore
Ong Chip Joo died peacefully at the age of 53 at 12 Kim Yam Road, on 26.5.52 at 1 a.m. He leaves behind his widow, 5 sons Yat Bee, Hock Bee, Chuan Bee, Kiat Bee, and Peng Bee, 3 daughters, Kiew Neo, Joey Neo, and Koon Neo to mourn their loss. Funeral on Thursday 29.5.52 at 11 a.m. to Ong Burial Ground.

Tan Tiang Seng, death 21 November 1952, Singapore
DEATH. TAN. Tan Tiang Seng, aged 71, passed away peacefully at 5 p.m. on November 21st at his residence, 2, Everitt Road off Joo Chiat Terrace leaving behind him, his beloved wife, 3 sons, Tan Hock Whye, Chwee Hock, Hock Hye, 5 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law and 10 grandchildren. Mrs. Ng Boo Bee, death April 1952, Taiping
