DEATH. TAN. Tan Tiang Seng, aged 71, passed away peacefully at 5 p.m. on November 21st at his residence, 2, Everitt Road off Joo Chiat Terrace leaving behind him, his beloved wife, 3 sons, Tan Hock Whye, Chwee Hock, Hock Hye, 5 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law and 10 grandchildren.
