Mrs Soh Boon Hup (nee Poh Lye Neo) passed away peacefully at 18 Wallich Street on 3.2.59 leaving behind several children, grand-children. Age 73. Funersal 5.2.59 noon for Bukit Brown Cemetery. [The Straits Times, 4 February 1959, Page 8]
