Law Soon Chong, death April 1919, Penang
The friends of Mr Law Po Chye will learn with regret of the death of his father, Mr Law Soon Chong at 15 Anson Road, Penang. The deceased leaves eight children to mourn for him. The funeral according to the Pinang Gazette was to take place on Thursday, the 24th instant, to Batu Gantong. [Malaya Tribune, 25 April 1919, Page 5]
