Penang, April 30. The funeral took place today of Mr J. Motion, constructional engineer of the railways at Prai, who died yesterday in hospital at Penang or peritonitis at the age of 41. Deceased had been at Prai two years. The service was conducted by the Rev. A. D. Ross and was largely attended by representatives of freemasonary and others.
