Chew Boon Hean, death October 1941, Penang
Penang, Tuesday. The funeral of Mr. Chew Boon Hean, whose death occurred on Sunday at his residence, No. 225, Burmah Road, took place yesterday for interment at the Western Road Cemetery. The Rev. S. Lam Saw Hun and Chew Yuen Kee, marriage 1931, Penang
The engagement is announced of Mr. Chew Yuen Kee, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Chew Boon Hean, Penang, to Miss Lam Saw Hun, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lam Hor Tuck. Both parties are well-known residents of Penang and the marriage will take place sometime next year.---S. Echo.
