Chan Yee Lim, death 19 October 1958, Singapore

Chan Yee Lim, aged 74, passed away very peacefully on Sunday, 19-10-58 at 3.20 a.m. at his residence, 22 Oxley Road, Singapore. Deeply mourned by his four sons, Keam Cheong, Monsignor Francis Chan (Bishop of Penang), Yuen Cheong, Keng Cheong; four daughters, Yuet Kwai, Sister Therese of Jesus (Carmelite Convent), Cheng Kwai, Soon Kwai; three daughters-in-law, four sons-in-law, fifteen grandsons, twelve grand-daughters, and four great grand-choldren.
