Teoh Phaik Im (Mrs. Chan Yen Tam), death 5 May 1939

Penang May 16. The funeral of Mrs. Chan Yen Tam nee Teoh Phaik Im, took place today at the Batu Gantong Cemetery. Deceased, who was 57 years of age, died on May 5 after a long illness. SHe leaves behind a widower, two sons, two daughters, two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law and several grandchildren. [The Straits Times, 18 May 1939, Page 14]
