DEATH.ONG.--Mrs. Ong Sam Leong (nee Yeo Yean Neoh) aged 73 passed away peacefully at her residence Bukit Rose, Bukit Timah Road at noon Saturday, May 25, 1935. She leaves behind her two sons Messrs. Ong Boon Tat, J.P. and Ong Peng Hock and one daughter (Mrs. Khoo Peck Lock) and three sons-in-law, Messrs. Lim Teck Kim, Puey Yean Chuan and Khoo Peck Lock and many grand children and great grand children to mourn their loss. The eldest grandson being Mr. T. W. Ong, B.A., of Messrs. Braddel Bros. DEATH. On August 13, 1920, at No. 25, Tras Street, Singapore, Tan Koon Lian, wife of the late Mr. Lim Soon Guan, aged 61 years, mother of Messrs. Lim Teck Siong, Lim Teck Hin, Lim Teck Chye, Lim Teck Kim and Lim Teck Locke. Funeral will take place on Sunday, 22nd instant, the cortege leaving the house at 10.30 a.m. for Alexandra Road Cemetery.
