Penang, Oct. 16. The residence of Mr. Heah Swee Lee was the venue of the wedding of his son, Mr. Heah Seng Hong, to Miss Khoo Suat Huar, the daughter of Mr. Khoo Swee Hongs. The marriage was celebrated in the reformed style and the reception was atte4nded by members of all communities. Heah Seng Poh and Khoo So Lan, marriage 13 May, 1924, Penang

Penang, May 13. There was a large attendance of Europeans, Chinese and others at the wedding of Mr. Heah Seng Poh, fifth son of Mr. Heah Swee Lee, to Miss Khoo So Lan, daughter of Mr. Khoo Teow Kuat. The marriage of Mr. Gunn Lay Teik, B.Sc. (London), son of the late Mr. Gunn Tong Eang, and younger brother of Mr. Gunn Lay Cheang, and Miss Lim Paik Joo only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lim Cheng Teik, of Limburg, Larut Road, Penang, was celebrated at the residences of the bride and bridegroom, according to Chinese custom.
